Enneagram
Masterclass
Proposal for Empath Health
Thursday February 26, 2026
Travis,
I’m excited about the opportunity to partner with you to train your Suncoast leaders on the Enneagram. I’m thrilled to know my trainings have been impactful for you in the past and I’m honored to have this opportunity.
I am proposing a full-day Enneagram 101: Know Your Number workshop that will be delivered on-site at a central location for your team.
Empath has a positive balance with me of $19,785, a portion of which would cover the cost of this workshop and my travel, so there’s no additional expense to you or the organization. The investment on this program is normally $10,000, which includes my travel and expenses.
When you’re ready to move forward, we can nail down the date and lock it in.
I look forward to working with you again and having the honor of meeting and training your team!
Thanks again!

Does this sound familiar? You're stuck in patterns you can't break. You react under stress in ways you regret. You struggle with certain team members and can't figure out why. Conversations go sideways, and you're left wondering what happened.
You've read the leadership books. You've taken the personality tests. You've sat through the workshops. But something's still missing.
What you need isn't more information, it's insight into the why behind your decisions and why others experience you differently than you intend.
The Enneagram Masterclass gives you that insight. Rooted in ancient wisdom and modern psychology, the Enneagram reveals the core motivations, fears, blindspots, and strengths that drives every decision, reaction, and relationship in your leadership.
It's the tool leaders at Google, Boeing, and P&G use to transform their teams.

The Enneagram is a map that shows us nine different personality types; nine different ways of seeing and being in the world. It is like nine different pairs of glasses with nine different lenses and perspectives.
The Enneagram takes its name from the Greek words for nine (ennea) and figure or drawing (grammos). Ironically, the term “personality” is derived from the Greek word for mask - persona. The Enneagram is a way of understanding how people think, feel, and behave based on their unique personalities and motivations. We each naturally gravitate towards one of these nine different personality types.
What is the Enneagram?

The Nine Enneagram Types
1 - The Strict Perfectionist: Seeks a world that is perfect and beautifully structured. They measure themselves to high ideals/golden standards. They work hard to not make mistakes.
2 - The Considerate Helper: Wants the world to be more loved. They have big hearts and sense when others are struggling. They are super supportive and helpful but struggle to express their own needs.
3 - The Competitive Achiever: Their ambition drives them to be seen as successful. They make effective plans to reach their goals but can struggle to be real in the moment. Tasks, checklists and deliverables always take priority.
4 - The Intense Creative: They are the unicorns, mysterious, moody with a flair for the unusual. They feel so deeply that it can be overwhelming. But from this depth, beautiful, unique creativity emerges.
5 - The Quiet Specialist: Deep logical, rational thinkers. They observe the world from a distance and put together models in their heads. You have to ask the right question, in the right way to get them to share their knowledge.
6 - The Loyal Skeptic: They seek security and safety, so it is easy for them to spot small and big dangers. They will have your back if you are a trusted friend.
7 - The Enthusiastic Visionary: They are fast-minded futurists. They want to experience all the good things in life and avoid any sticky bonds. They like to lighten up the mood and move things forward.
8 - The Active Controller: With direct or indirect power, they like to lead or move obstacles out of the way. They are not soft and want others to be strong like them.
9- The Adaptive Peacemaker: Harmony is all they want in life. Can we all just get along and be connected? Their kindness and softness are both gifts and challenges for them.
FAQs
-
Yes, understanding your Enneagram type can help you to identify your leadership style and areas for growth. It can also improve your ability to lead and communicate with team members who have different Enneagram types.
-
The Enneagram should never be used as part of the recruitment process. The Enneagram does not measure a person's competence or capability. We believe any Enneagram type can be successful in any role. Once the candidate has been identified, the Enneagram is brilliant in supporting their development.
While the Enneagram and the iEQ9 test can provide insight into an individual's personality and work style, it should not be used in hiring decisions. It is important to consider a range of factors, including skills, experience, and cultural fit. -
The iEQ9 Enneagram, compared to other personality tests like the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Strengths Finder, or the Big Five Factors Test, provides a more holistic and dynamic view of personality. Rather than merely classifying traits or strengths, it delves into the underlying motivations and fears shaping behaviors, offering practical paths for personal growth and development. Unlike these other models which largely focus on fixed traits or strengths, the Enneagram is rooted in spiritual and psychological teachings, making it predictive and adaptable in complex interpersonal situations. Thus, while other systems have their benefits, the iEQ9 Enneagram's comprehensive approach offers a richer understanding of personality and its evolution over time.
In a nutshell, other personality models often focus merely on surface traits and strengths, neglecting the underlying motivations and fears that shape behaviors. They lack frameworks for personal growth, ignore weaknesses and areas for development, and fail to highlight blind spots, biases, and habits. Additionally, they don't fully comprehend the dynamic interaction of strengths across different situations and relationships. -
